Richard Ford, based in London, UK, is a Co-Director of HCS Risk Partners, a Global Enterprise Risk Management Company, specialising in Business Intelligence, Corporate Investigations and Operational Risk Management.

Prior to joining HCS Risk Partners, Mr. Ford has held the position of Executive Director Investigative Services in Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Office, for Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Ford held the position of Regional Security Director in Goldman Sachs International’s Office of Global Security for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Ford held the position of Regional Security Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, in London, and in Botswana, South Africa, and head of Risk Information Management.

Prior to entering the private security/financial sector, Mr. Ford had a more than 20-year career in the British Armed Forces, with the Royal Military Police, Special Investigation Branch.  He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
